Here, here, here we go
[You want to know what kind of sleep you had? Quite frankly, it doesn't matter, not when it's interrupted by the sound of a cuckoo clock. When you're awake enough to look over and see what woke you up, you can see a small bear figurine popping in and out o- wait, what? It suddenly occurs to you that this isn't at all where you went to sleep last night.
But...it's nice enough. It's a wooden cabin, and seems to have been decorated with neat matching furniture. Your rather small bed is flanked by the cuckoo clock, and which for the life of you, you can't figure out how to shut off...which doesn't matter much when it stops a few moments later regardless. The time reads 7 AM, which might very well be far too early for your tastes.
When you actually start to look around a bit, you may or may not find one personal object on a nearby dresser, but more importantly, you might eventually notice is a small device somewhere on your person. If you can figure out how to work it, pressing the screen will reveal a profile containing information about yourself, and scrolling down reveals several different ones for strangers. It only serves to raise more and more questions - just what is is going on?
Suddenly, without warning, a screeching sound interrupts the last of whatever peace you might have had, and a voice blares out throughout the entire camp:]
Rise and shine, campers! Please make your way to the Mess Hall by 8 AM sharp!
[There's another screeching sound, and...music begins to play. It's not loud enough to drown out your speaking, but it's annoying, especially when you take into consideration that it doesn't stop playing. Ever. It just keeps repeating. Background music! It seems to be coming from the loudspeaker in the middle of the camp, and does generally get quieter the further you move from in. In addition, you'll find that the music seems to disappear entirely when you enter some buildings - such as the Theater and the previously-mentioned mess hall.
Speaking of which? When you finally exit your cabin, you'll find your feet meeting a cobblestone path - and down this path are more and more cabins. Going beyond the path, you'll find that nearly all the ground in the area is grassy, but luckily, there are a few dirt paths here and there to help you get to where you need to go. If you ignore the oddities, like the giant stone walls that surround the camp or the constantly-burning bonfire? It's almost kind of serene.
The sun is shining, and it's a lovely day for camping. It's time to mix and mingle.]
[ooc: Smash Ronpa is now open! This intro log will function as IC meet and greet. Use it to get to know your fellow classmates, ask questions, and check out your surroundings a bit. Your headmaster will be making his appearance shortly, upupupu~]

[He can't sleep. He hasn't slept in the last ten years. And yet, here he is, waking up as if everything has just returned to normal.]
[He gets out of bed, eyes poring over the cabin in panic - okay, what is going on? Yomiel tries his best to slip into the Ghost World, but nothing happens. His body also feels weird, oddly heavy, and he can feel every sensation, every heartbeat...]
[Heartbeat?]
[Okay, this is TOO WEIRD. Yomiel doesn't even look at anything in his cabin or really pay attention to the announcement or music- he instead rushes out the door, freezing in place when he realizes that this is definitely not anything he was expecting. Don't mind the tall guy with the weird blonde hairdo and sunglasses looking like he's going to have a nervous breakdown. Is it the other nation? Did they do this? His mind is full of a million questions and he has absolutely no answers.]
What the...what the hell?!?
no subject
Hey, hey, calm down. Deep breaths. Don' rush, sit down and try to be calm
[Step one done, hopefully. Step two...]
This is a strange situation but don' panic, it'll all be okay.
[Obviously he doesn't know why this blond guy is in such a panic so he obviously doesn't realize that for Yomiel this isn't something that one solves with HEY LETS BE CALM OKAY]
no subject
[He's alive.]
Yes, I... [He takes in a few breaths before clears his throat. Okay, this is no time for breaking down.] Sorry. Just didn't expect any of this happening, that's all...
no subject
[Good, he looks calmer now. Not completely but it's progress]
I have met a few people already and you're the first one I see in panic. Everyone is way too calm about being in this place here.
[Mac included. What's there to gain with stress and screams?]
no subject
[Enough about him. He doesn't want to talk about himself. Better talk about this place and what in the world it all means.]
...Who are you?

Yeah. Welcome to my world, Johnny Bravo.

[The strangeness of the statement briefly snaps Yomiel out of his sudden panic. Who is this girl? What is she even going on about?]
That's not my name.

[Vague cryptic remarks about 90's cartoon characters.]

Rude, I just woke up you know, and it's not like I have my makeup artist here or anything. There's no need to act like I'm some hideous monster or something.
[YEP that has to be what startled Yomiel. Callie is famous, after all, so seeing her without her makeup on must be a shock. ]

[He looks up, seeing this...girl? Small young woman? He can't really tell. He blinks behind his glasses, confused as to what she could be talking about.
[Wait, he thinks he's yelling about her?]
I'm not...it's not about you. [He lets out a frustrated sigh, doing his best to shove down the panic. He's alive. He's alive somehow, and he's in this place, which does not contain a single person with blue skin as far as he can see.]
Just..never mind. Who are you?
no subject
I'm Callie, from the Squid Sisters. So who are you, then? And what's got you so upset that you're yelling all over the place and confusing people?
no subject
[He takes in a deep breath. Okay, time to put the subject of conversation away from him and onto something else.]
I-I just wasn't expecting to wake up in a place like this, that's all. What is this place, anyways?
[He doesn't answer her question about who he is.]

[While you're having a panic attack, Yomiel, here's a guy with ridiculous hair, a ridiculous outfit, and who you will soon find out is also pretty ridiculous.]
I haven't got a clue where we are, but if there's one place I'm sure we're NOT it's the Netherworld!
[Because there's grass. Actual living grass. That's a dead giveaway.]
no subject
[Okay, that definitely distracts him from the panic. Who in the world is this guy? Yomiel gawks at him for a moment before shaking his head.]
What the hell's a Netherworld?
no subject
Also, I'm in charge there~
[Who is he? Someone who likes to toot his own horn, apparently.]

[Some lady is speaking to him. "Calm down", huh? That's easy for her to say. She's alive. He only just started experiencing "alive" after ten years.]
[He shoots her an annoyed look, but...well, she does have a point. There's no good reason to just breakdown in front of a lot of people he doesn't know.]
...Sorry. I was...never mind. I'm fine. [Deep breaths, Yomiel. Deep breaths.] Who are you?
no subject
Besides, now they're talking about one of her favorite subjects: herself.]

[He glances over at her - the green hair is actually a normal sight for him. Back home, people had crazy hair colors, so he doesn't even bat an eye at it. The armor, however, is definitely eye-batting-worthy.]
Er, um... [He takes a deep breath.] Never mind. Who are you?
no subject
[She blinks a bit, before internally shrugging, and holding out her hand a bit timidly. Can't force him to say he is or not.]
A-Ah'm Nephenee. [Dat country accent is pretty strong, but not unintelligible.] W-what's your name?
