Here, here, here we go
[You want to know what kind of sleep you had? Quite frankly, it doesn't matter, not when it's interrupted by the sound of a cuckoo clock. When you're awake enough to look over and see what woke you up, you can see a small bear figurine popping in and out o- wait, what? It suddenly occurs to you that this isn't at all where you went to sleep last night.
But...it's nice enough. It's a wooden cabin, and seems to have been decorated with neat matching furniture. Your rather small bed is flanked by the cuckoo clock, and which for the life of you, you can't figure out how to shut off...which doesn't matter much when it stops a few moments later regardless. The time reads 7 AM, which might very well be far too early for your tastes.
When you actually start to look around a bit, you may or may not find one personal object on a nearby dresser, but more importantly, you might eventually notice is a small device somewhere on your person. If you can figure out how to work it, pressing the screen will reveal a profile containing information about yourself, and scrolling down reveals several different ones for strangers. It only serves to raise more and more questions - just what is is going on?
Suddenly, without warning, a screeching sound interrupts the last of whatever peace you might have had, and a voice blares out throughout the entire camp:]
Rise and shine, campers! Please make your way to the Mess Hall by 8 AM sharp!
[There's another screeching sound, and...music begins to play. It's not loud enough to drown out your speaking, but it's annoying, especially when you take into consideration that it doesn't stop playing. Ever. It just keeps repeating. Background music! It seems to be coming from the loudspeaker in the middle of the camp, and does generally get quieter the further you move from in. In addition, you'll find that the music seems to disappear entirely when you enter some buildings - such as the Theater and the previously-mentioned mess hall.
Speaking of which? When you finally exit your cabin, you'll find your feet meeting a cobblestone path - and down this path are more and more cabins. Going beyond the path, you'll find that nearly all the ground in the area is grassy, but luckily, there are a few dirt paths here and there to help you get to where you need to go. If you ignore the oddities, like the giant stone walls that surround the camp or the constantly-burning bonfire? It's almost kind of serene.
The sun is shining, and it's a lovely day for camping. It's time to mix and mingle.]
[ooc: Smash Ronpa is now open! This intro log will function as IC meet and greet. Use it to get to know your fellow classmates, ask questions, and check out your surroundings a bit. Your headmaster will be making his appearance shortly, upupupu~]

[...Yeah, there's no getting around this one without an explanation, is there? Okay then.]
It's because you're a woman.
[Yes, good, that's an excellent explanation that definitely can't be misinterpreted in any way. Way to go.]
no subject
And thus...]
What does that have to do with anything?!
no subject
[LON'QU THAT DOESN'T HELP]
I don't want women in my personal space, it's as simple as that!
no subject
[HOW DOES SHE EVEN WORDS RIGHT NOW. Her face is as red as a certain cousin of hers' hair and she's too mad to even speak. Give her a minute.]
Well fine! [Takes a good ten or so spaces back.] Is THIS enough personal space for you?!
no subject
[Lon'qu, for the love of Naga...]
no subject
Good.
[...wait. Why was she even doing this. She wasn't the one who called out to him.]
Who even are you anyway?
no subject
...Lon'qu. A member of the Shepherds.
And you?
no subject
No way to know for sure. Still, she should be cautious all the same.]
My name is Clair. I am the world's best dragon tamer.
no subject
[...
???????????]
...Do you mean wyverns?
no subject
[What is this guy talking about.]
I said dragons. Dra-gons. Do you need me to spell it for you?
no subject
So then are you referring to your... ah...
[He looks at her Salamence. Right. That thing.]
...Whatever that is.
no subject
[Yeah, with annoying Alastor.]
Some very important things were taken from me when I woke up here. I intend to find to them and get them back.
no subject
[In that they look like teenage girls half the time. You know. As dragons do.]
...So you're missing things as well.
no subject
Correct. While Salamence and Altaria are here, I'm still missing my other four Pokémon.
no subject
...What do they look like?
no subject
no subject
[Seriously though, what the fuck.]
..I'll keep an eye out. If I see any of them, I will let you know.
no subject
[#notbiased.]
...thank you. I appreciate it.
[Seriously. Not having her partners with her feels so wrong. They're a team that's supposed to get through everything together and now four of them are missing. Hopefully Altaria and Salamence can hold out until she finds them.]
no subject
[Cause these things sure as hell aren't anywhere in Ylisse. Or the rest of the continent.]
no subject
Johto. It's my home region.
no subject
It must be very far from Ylisse.
[Oh, you have no idea.]
no subject
no subject
...Yeah, actually, that makes sense, doesn't it?]
Different worlds... I think you're right. It would explain a lot.
