A NEW WEEK
[The survivors of the Smash Life of Mutual Killing have escaped.
...Or, well, it looks like they have. Thanks to ingenious thinking from the campers, Monobear has been subdued and they've found themselves a vessel out of here. Now that they're on the ocean, will it be enough? Or are the Smashers doomed to fall back into the clutches of their captor?
The final week begins.]
[ooc: This is the last weekly log we will be putting up! After the intense trial, consider this a wind-down before you guys confront a bigger threat. The true endgame begins Friday, November 6th - with the majority of the action happening on November 7th. Hold on, tight, it's going to get nuts.]

MONDAY

Hinawa watches the island disappear as they sail away, then closes her eyes and breathes in the sea air. There were plenty of things they still had to worry about, of course- how to get home being the top of her list- but for now, Hinawa feels like she can relax for a short while.]

Oh! You managed to scavenge some things from the camp? I wish I had thought to do that... there's only so many things you can do with bananas that aren't dessert.
[She may have just given up on making banana bread when she couldn't find any flour anywhere.]

No, seriously, the SHSL Lancer is practically giddy, even as she tries to get her sea legs, and occasionally stumbles into a railing or a mast. Still, for once, she even takes off her armor, just wearing the teal leathers underneath with some makeshift leggings, and nothing on her head...but mostly because the wound still needs to breathe.]
A)
[Still, she knows more about this situation (the being-on-a-ship one, not the running-from-a-murderous-bear one!) than some of them, so she's doing what she can to make sure they're alright: collecting water from the little stations she's put together to make seawater potable via distillation and evaporation, drying fish and kelp they catch, making sure that darn hole didn't leak...you know, small things.]
B)
[Other times, if she's not taking her turn at the wheel, she's just watching the world past by as she leans against the railing, breeze rolling through her hair and, unlike many times before, just seeming a bit happy.]
C)
[Or she's checking on the others!]
Heya...how ya holdin' up?

...Drunk.

...Drunk as a skunk, yup.
Why?
[Nephenee, not everyone is as grounded as you are.
Incidentally, she has no idea HOW Clarice got drunk. Rum's not that strong! Or so she thinks, in her ignorant, naive, medieval way of thinking.]

You know, I've never been much for clear weather, but I guess it came at a good time, huh?

TUESDAY
MOTIVE....DAY?
Were you expecting a motive? Something to keep you miserable for the week?
There is no motive. And there will never be motives ever again.]

So expect Luigi to spend all day jumping at small things, like, even more than he usually does.]
WEDNESDAY
When night comes, stars and strange constellations dot the sky. Also a good time to mention the ship is on top of a rainbow now.]

Whaaaaaaat.
Wiitney can't help but peak over the side of the boat in fear and confusion as the boat flies in the air. She keeps looking up to the sky and down at the ground, unable to figure out which one she finds more off-putting at this point.]

Night time
When night comes, do any of the constellations resemble those on Smash Island, or from her homeworld?]

THURSDAY
When the time approaches 5 a.m., it appears land can be spotted in the distance. Maybe get yourselves cleaned up a bit.

A little after 6 am...
...Okay, ew, this purple 'land' is...unnerving. But yes, still better than the dang bear.
Although once she sees the land...she waits til they're closer to it so she can get a better look, before hollering to the others:]
Land ho, folks!
